At Let’s Travel India, we strive to make your booking experience smooth, transparent, and hassle-free. Our reservation policy is designed to provide complete clarity to our valued customers while ensuring flexibility in planning your dream vacations.


Booking & Confirmation

All reservations can be made through our website, customer service team, or authorized travel agents. To confirm a booking, customers are required to provide accurate personal details along with a valid contact number and email address. A booking will be considered valid only after receiving the minimum advance payment as specified in the package details.


Payments

We accept payments through multiple modes including credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and other secure gateways. Full payment must be completed within the specified time frame before the commencement of the tour. Failure to do so may result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.


Amendments & Cancellations

Customers may request changes to their booking such as travel dates, hotel upgrades, or itinerary modifications. Such requests will be accommodated subject to availability and may attract additional charges. In case of cancellation, the applicable cancellation policy (as mentioned in the package) will be followed. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within the stipulated time after deducting service charges.


Responsibilities

It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure that all information provided at the time of booking is accurate. Any errors in names, travel dates, or other details must be reported immediately. Let’s Travel India will not be liable for losses arising from incorrect details provided by the customer.
